How do I get a new cape? i got killed?

I've got a question. Once you've done the mage arena quest and you're casting the god spell in the mage arena 100 times. Do you need to be wearing the cape or can you just cast away with the chosen spell 100 times?

what HP should I aim for?

I'm a pure mage: 1 def 33 att 30 str mage: 80 range: 1 hits: 49 prayer: 1 I find that I get owned by rangers in the wilderness quite severely. is it true that leveling up my ranged skills makes it harder for rangers to hit me? how can i defend against rangers?

i'd say PKer, when I fight players I usually head over to the wilderness and cruise about. I want to be good at that.

Hi, I want to build an absoulutely flawless mage pure. What is the best way to do this? I'm thinking about leveling magery to 80 using non combat spells. then once I get there I should have like 10 hitpoints and 1/1/1/1/1 on every other stat. Then I'll use Ranged to get hitpoints to about 50 so I get fairly high ranged. Is this a good idea? I want to be effective in PvP.

Should I mine pure essence or normal essence or are they both the same?

Which of these is more profitable? lets say you spend 4 hours doing each of these. which will result in more money? a. Fishing for lobsters and selling them raw. b. Mining greater essences and selling them. c. Buying coal + iron, smelting then selling the bars. d. Buying coal + mith, smelting then selling the bars.

How are these spells different exactly? do they do the same damage?

I understand it allows the god spells to hit up to 30... Do you have to cast it every time you cast a god spell or does it last a certain ammount of minutes?

whats the max damage fire wave can do?

Does it keep holding them in place if you hit them with another spell?

The entangle spell. does this break when you hit them with another spell? How would you use this spell effectively against other players exactly. The charge spell. What exactly does this do? how much damage? THANKS!
