Minotaurs are great at your level. Go to the room on the first floor of the Stronghold of Security under Barbarian Village and find the room south-east of the entrance with many level 27 Minotaurs. You can make decent profit off of their iron arrow drops, maybe 10-15k GP an hour and also great experience. Go to a crowded world with no people so they spawn fast. Good Luck.

Have any recommendations for F2P? What about Red Cape, Red/White Bobble Hat and Scarf, Zamorak Skirt and Fire Staff?
-
Don't bother with wilderness Hellhounds especially if you aren't ranging because Revenants hit high on armour. Just go to Taverly Dungeon on a world with 1900+ people so they spawn fast. Go to the western part of the room and hide behind the stelactites in a way that you can range 3+ spawns and range away. Bring a canon if you like.

I've seen it all. I'm P2P on and off so I know exactly how you feel. Hang in there, get members, join a clan or do whatever comes to your mind. To be honest I'm not very driven by motivation, just whatever I feel like doing. If I feel like going to BH, I go there. If I feel like killing Moss Giants, I do that.

I have full mime, and I'm off to go get another skull sceptre... Maybe I'll get extras of parts. I have 108 top parts on my pure.
-
For the picture with the knight, I can range like 3 of them perfectly without being disturbed. I just manipulated the vampire so it would get into a position where I won't be disturbed.

I'm 81 ranged.

Great guide.
Mention average gp/hour and xp/hour.
Gp per hour is random. Sometimes you get 2-3 rune full helms in a hour, sometimes you get none. I already stated the EXP per hour. 30-50k for Range depending on your level and 20-30k EXP for magic.
-
Combat- Train all forms of combat at one of these places-
Ice Giant=Good prayer xp, good drops
Giant Spiders in the SOS-fastest training in f2p, no drops.
Flesh Crawlers-very fast xp, not many decent drops.
Ankous-hit hard, good drops
lesser demons-hit hard, good drops.
My personal favorites are Spiders or Flesh crawlers, they auto-attack you, you can fish at stream, and are very fast xp.
Train magic by high-alching-cheap, boring
Combat, slow, hp xp, cheap.
Crafting
cowhides-either kill or buy
silver by mining or buying-->tiaras.
Mining, mine coal in guild for profit, or iron at varock east/west
or power mine iron in Al-Kharid
Runescrafting
airs for profit
Fires or bodies for speed.
Smithing
smelt steel bars for profit
Mine smelt and smith ores
For speed, smith iron or steel bars and alch or sell plates. will cost a lot, but is fast xp.
Holy crap that's quite a mouthful. Thank you so much I'll take a lot of that into consideration. I'm thinking of doing Ice Giants because I need prayer EXP...

1. Introduction:
Hello, my name is Alex_Lei1993 as you may already know. I'm 14 years old and I'm a freshmen. This is my first guide so be nice. :$ Many people are complaining, ranting and raving about the major update Jagex implemented on the Wilderness. I admit I was complaining that as a F2P there was nothing fun to do anymore. I decided to go check it out and I realized it wasn't as bad as I thought. That's when a light bulb turned on in my head and I realized there are many training areas which are now much more useful! I decided to check out the Greater Demons now that it is a lot safer without the PKers and I have found ways of making much use of this spot. I also found ways of avoiding the Revenants and realized they are overrated and a lot easier to avoid than you think.
Greater Demons are worth it in my opinion because they aren't very crowded and the drops are much better than lesser demons. You can get a rune full helm once in every 50-75 kills or so on average. You also get a crap load of fire runes and great EXP.
2. Monster Information/Levels Recommendation:
Ahh good ol' greaters. I remember fond times of trying to kill them at the tender age of 40 combat and getting piled by level 80+ clans. But those days are gone now and it's a lot safer. On to the bestiary information:
Greater Demon
Level: 92
Hit Points: 87
Aggressive: Yes
Location: Demonic Ruins, Level 45-48 Wilderness, Close to most Northeasterly Point of F2p Wilderness
*Drops: Ashes (100%), Gold (11-470), Steel Axe, Steel 2h sword, Steel Battleaxe, Mithril kiteshield, Adamant Platelegs, Rune Full Helm, Death Runes(5-20), Chaos Runes(15,43), Fire Runes(37-120), Tuna, Thread(10), Gold bar, Uncut gems
*Note: I only listed F2P drops.
Max Hit: 9
Combat Style: Melee
Weaknesses: Silverlight
Examine: "Big, red, and incredibly evil" or "Big, purple, and incredibly evil."
Level Recommendations:
[*:8uvrl8hm]65+ Range
[*:8uvrl8hm]60+ Magic
[*:8uvrl8hm]70+ Hip Points
[*:8uvrl8hm]60+ Defense
As you can see, there aren't that many level recommendations.
3. How to get there:
Getting there is pretty much a joke now, as the PKers are gone. I still recommend traversing through non-multicombat wilderness though.
As you can see, I outlined the red line for a running route from Revenants. That will be explained in the later sections.
4. Recommended Inventories:
You can play around with whatever you like but bringing a set of green dragonhide regardless of combat style is an absolute must. Bring a staff of your choice depending on what spell you're using.
I also recommend bringing high alchemy runes. Greater Demons drop rune full helmets occasionally which High Alch for about 19k if I'm not mistaken and they also drop adamant platelegs which sell for about 5k and High Alch for 3-4k. Not too bad for F2P. ^_^
5. Strategies, Safespots and Other Information:
The Magic Method (Fire Strike)
Simple. Just bring 1k+ Mind Runes, 2k+ Air Runes and a Fire Staff and mage away using the safespots listed below. You can also bring 3k+ Fire Runes and an Air Staff but it is more expensive. This method is recommended for 70+ Magic for efficiency.
The Magic Method (Fire Bolt)
Same as above, except bring 1k+ Chaos Runes, 3k+ Air Runes and a Fire staff. You can also bring 4k+ Fire Runes and and Air staff but it is more expensive. This method is recommended for 50+ Magic.
The Range Method
Just range the demons using safespots. 70+ Range is highly recommended.
I highly recommend not meleeing them. They hit relatively hard and it's way too far from the bank to keep banking. Using the Magic Method, you can receive anywhere from 25-40k EXP an hour. Using the range method, you can receive 30-50k EXP an hour.
Safespots
6. But What about the Revenants?
There is some mass paranoia about the Revenants and how they can hit 30s, but in my experience with the right equipment and strategy they are easy to avoid and do not interrupt the experience gaining. The main revenant that spawns near the Greater Demons is the Ork, which is relatively dumb. He cannot go around walls, and he isn't nearly as powerful as the knight. He splashes on me about 80% of the time with full green dragonhide on, and his melee attack is pretty pathetic. His range attack freezes in place. I recommend having 20+ lobsters in your inventory at all times.
Now you know why I said to always carry a set of green dragonhide in your inventory! It's that easy! Just put on your dragonhides and run at the sight of any revenant regardless of their level. Even the 68s can hit in the 20s. Run the route I recommended on the map to get there. Or if you're feeling lucky, trap them behind the walls. They cannot get you unless they get inside the ruins. Jagex even said that they are much less likely to spawn inside small buildings and such. Sometimes you may see the revenants every half hour, sometimes every hour. It's all a matter of luck.
As soon as you see a revenant, start running southwest and when it's out of your minimap view, run for another 5 seconds then log out. Hop worlds and continue on your greater demon slaying. I also recommend putting on Protect from Missiles because the revenants fire a strange icy arrow that binds you. With this setup they won't do too much damage on you.
Dear revenant, YOU PHAIL. I trapped this one there for close to an hour. As long as you don't let it go inside the ruins, you're good.
One final tip that I have to offer is to always have at least 50% run energy.
7. FAQ:
Q: Why train on Greater Demons?
A: They offer great drops for F2P, are not crowded at all, have great reliable safespots as well as much higher EXP than their brother the Lesser Demon due to there being a higher ratio of demon to people.
Q: Why not melee them?
A: It's just not worth the time. It takes too long and it's too far from the bank.
8. Closing Remarks:
Thank you for reading my guide. Credit to Tip.It for some of the bestiary information.
Revenants seem to come every 15 or so minutes for me, usually from the east, and when they do i just go hide in the side of the 'cross' looking thing on the mini-map and log off for 5 secs then back on. They wont target you anymore because they can't 'see you' if you're hiding in the right spot. Also while you're killing the demon, keep an eye out on the mini-map for extra yellow dots, who also seem to have a deliberate route. A.K.A, don't start going one way then turn back the other.
I only use the two gaps on the west to kill them, as it gives more cover against the rev's if they come you can easily duck in the 'cross' bit and log out/back in, wait for them to move on and continue.
Thanks to woods_666 for that.

As said in title, I'm F2P and I will probably stay F2P for a long time. Where should I train combat, magic, prayer, crafting, mining, smithing and runecrafting? Oh yeah, I don't have a lot of cash to spend either so I'll most likely have to gather my own supplies.
-
I would say metal dragons, but you're combat stats are a bit low. Try Blue Dragons in Taverly Dungeon or the Ogre Enclave if you're done the quest. Pick up hides and bones and other drops. You get at least 2k per dragon.
-
Most people are going to say Al Kharid, but Edgeville Wilderness mine near the abyss is the fastest. It's only in like 4-5 wilderness.
-
1383/23=60.1 :( Not too great. I need to get some stats up.
-
I have a great tip for everyone. When you are done mining, get out of the lava maze and go to the western side where there is a cage, a ladder and lesser demons. Go down, use the lever to teleport to the KBD room. The thing is, you aren't in the wilderness anymore and you can teleport much faster! This saves a lot of time, and you don't have to walk through that much wilderness.
-
YOUR A BLEEPING GENIOUS!!!! MARRY ME!!! Finally a way to get 99 cooking in f2p fast. =;
-
No offense, but meleeing him is the silliest possible thing you can do. His second form can hit 28s and drain prayer. That being said, it is best to use magic to kill him, either by blocking or snaring/entangling. If you want to get a friend to help you, get him to stand beside a torch. Lure Damis to a small room with a torch that you can hide behind it. Get your friend to stand beside the torch, then walk behind your friend thus blocking Damis. Do not let anyone walk through your friend, as Damis will go through him and attack you.
Another method is to keep protect from melee prayer at all times and snare and earth wave him. That is the method I used, and I'm pretty sure he is weak to earth spells. Good luck, and remember to bring lots of prayer potions, teleport runes as well as sharks.
-
Frig, I feel the same as you except I'm a freshmen. I wasted most of my junior high years on runescape which I realized doesn't gain you anything in real life.
-
Don't even bother training in the wilderness. The revenants are too strong. For ice giants/warriors, head to the ice cave south of Port Sarim. You could also try level 50 giant spiders on the 3rd floor of the Stronghold of Security. You can stay semi-AFK in the north room filled with Giant Spiders as they don't hit very frequently on full rune. You can also train on the ever so popular Lesser Demons for decent drops but they are very crowded.
Edit: Don't listen to the guy above me who said to train on Ankous. They hit very frequently.
-
Kurasks are a pretty slow slayer task them, so burthrope them if you want to power-train slayer. If you must do them, then I would advise against meleeing them. It is much too slow and they hit constant 13s. If you want to mage them you have to use slayer dart which is expensive and you lose money in the end. The fastest way is to range them with broad arrows, which are pretty expensive and hit as high as mithril or adamant arrows if I'm not mistaken. They are mediocre range experience. There are many safespots such as the tunnel that enters the Kurask room as well as many rock piles you can stand and trap a Kurask behind.

Well seeing as I got an $850 snowboard package a few weeks ago as well as an LG phone, I wasn't really expecting much but then I got a 200$ cheque to buy my own presents as well as a nice pair of pants. 8-) Only child FTW.

Cannoning at Black Demons? Well Red Chinchompas in the dungeon under Ape Atoll is the fastest way but also the most expensive way. Cannoning is also expensive but if you do it at Black Demons or Greater Demons it might help pay for your cannonballs.
