I was trying to go onto waterbirth island and the guy said my skill are not high enough. I was looking threw the tip site and didnt find any requirements. I was wondering if someone could tell me the requirements or point me in the rite direction. Thanks

What do you need to do to use the bank chest in lumy castle?

You get different foods and tools and your able to use it as bank. After you save each person you get new things in the chest -
