How many(max) rooms on 1st floor on lvl 60 construction

Owkee.... Never mind...Just found it...Kind of stupid that you can only have 20 rooms max, because those stairs(trophy rooms) always require another room on top.. -
Hello, I'm a lvl 60 construction and i teared down my house. I want to rebuild it, but I'm kinda stuck on the total rooms I can build horizontal and vertical... I can't find information about that.I only rembember 7 width? Somebody knows excatly? Greets,10 tje
