He'll ask why you're carrying that barrel, and direct you to put it in the cart. Do that. Now, talk to the driver and start with "Nice cart!" Tell the two jokes. When he asks if you're trying to get him fired, say, "Fired, no - shot, maybe!" He'll laugh and ask what you're in for. "In for a penny, in for a pound" is your answer. Then offer the 10 gold coin to get out of there. He'll ask for 100 - accept that offer. Now search the cart, and say yes to climbing in. You'll find yourself outside the mine with Ana in the barrel in your inventory. Head back to Shantay Pass and use Ana in the barrel on Irena. You're done!
