On Eagles peak to get the bronze feather it says to operate the winches. Everytime I go to operate them, it says they won't more.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I've tried bird seed and feathers on them.. How do I get them to move?!

Have you tried taking the feather yet? If not, do that first, then operate the winches.

I get caught in the net. I need to operate them and knock over the pedistol, but I can't operate them.

I'm not sure what is wrong. Try all the options with the winches, "use", "operate", etc., I can't remember exactly. It should be very simple and fast - this is the easiest feather to get if I remember correctly.

Ive tried everything.. I can't figure it out. Is there a certain order or something?

I don't remember there being a specific order for using the winches.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You do have the costume, right? Does your quest journal give you any help at all?

Do you have already put the Gold and Silver feathers on it ?
