I have gotten quite a few talismans lately, but i have no idea what they do and don't want to waste one if they are something cool.

You can use them to acces different runecrafting altars by using the talisman with the corresponding altar.

Is there an item that can transfer me places??

Well...you can teleport if you have the required magic level.

 

 

 

To get into the runecrafting altars just use the talisman on the altar and you get teleported. You need have finished the rune mysteries quest first though.

 

 

 

Members have acces to items that teleport you when clicked, like the ectophial, an elf crystal or a teleport tab.

You can also make them into tiaras, which are very useful, because they allow you to just click on the alter, and your in.
