When using pay by phone is it AUS$12.00 per min, and does it have any other cost associated.

 

 

 

Also i have a commonwealth bank debit/eftpos card (the one how you need money on the card to be able to buy stuff) is that usable to subscribe for membership?

Other than the charge to your bill from the membership, there shouldnt be any other charges, and I dont think that Jagex accepts debit.

Jagex accepts debit cards. I use a debit card to pay for my membership.

I always use my debit card to pay for membership so you should be ok
