I was trying to light my bullseye lantern for the first time and it said "nothing interesting happens." So I examined the lantern and it tells me that there isn't any lamp oil in it. The item database doesn't have anything on lamp oil, and neither does the crafting guide. Help me!

Grab some swamp tar, and bring it to the chemist's house in Rimmington...there's a machine that changes it into lamp oil.
