I know I haven't been here in awhile, but here's what I've been working on recently. I will try to put together a series of my poems, but I have to sort through the great mess of my desk before I do so, so tell me what you think so far.

The world is spinning,

 

 

 

Let me off,

 

 

 

The time is ticking,

 

 

 

Make it stop,

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The world around us,

 

 

 

Seems all untrue,

 

 

 

A time of anguish,

 

 

 

When I'm with you,

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You make me hate,

 

 

 

You make me feel,

 

 

 

You make me lie,

 

 

 

Things so surreal,

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You make me suffer,

 

 

 

Tormentation and pain,

 

 

 

Pushing always foreward,

 

 

 

'Till I break from the strain,

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

My fiercest competition,

 

 

 

My sorrowful debut,

 

 

 

The end of all things between us,

 

 

 

The power of things askew,

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Once upon a lifetime,

 

 

 

A tiger in disguise,

 

 

 

Tremors whisper warning,

 

 

 

Beneath a kitten's eyes,

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Far and far in ruin,

 

 

 

The price I pay to do,

 

 

 

The simple act of loving,

 

 

 

And the horror of the two.
