musiliu Posted March 24, 2007 Share Posted March 24, 2007 hi i was wondering if f2p players can get skill capes when they get 99 in a skill? i know that they can't get the skill capes that need you be in a member area to get it, but can you get a cape that can be gotten in f2p area like crafting guild ? Freesia Posted March 25, 2007 Share Posted March 25, 2007 You can only buy skill capes in p2p, but you can wear it into f2p and do its respective skill cape emote.
