Is there a spot where you can safely mage in the chest room? If so, where?

There isn't a safe spot within the chest room, but there are many spots scattered through out the tunnels which you can use.

And in all the corner rooms also, where the ladder would normally appear, as shown below, even Dharok falls to a no prayer with these.
