Was looking at the Tip.It guide about the Mage Arena. It says that the quickest way there is to use the level by the house in Ardy? Where is this?

From the middle of ardy, go west. Cross the bridge, follow the road west until you arrive at the East ardy's gate. Right next to the gate is a rectangle house, in where there is a lever. If u pull it, u end up in lvl 50 wilderness or so. You'll need a pointy weapon, or a knife to cut through the web in the way.
