Yes it's better, something like 10% faster than rune axe (from what I've read on the forums).

If Jagex ever made a perfect update, there would be players complaining about nothing to complain about.

yeah it definetly is , it didnt used to be but now it is , they updated it a few months back , i would keep a hold of it if you wc alot ;)

No you get logs 10 percent faster than with rune axe.
