The quest is supposed to be a challenge with many hard monsters to defeat. You will need medium to high skill lvls. This quest will be p2p Quest: Back to the Beginning The evil god Zamorak has taken control of tutorial island in an attempt to control all new potential heros. Much of the quest will take place on tutorial island- not the same one new characters start on however, it will look dark such as our glimpse of scaperune in the evil bob random You will have access to the bank on the island during the quest Requirements: currently working on other quest reqs 60 thieving required, 70 if u want 75 str 80 attack and mage 70 smithing s.m.i.t.h.i.n (let me translate due to idiotic april fools day joke) 55 agility a.g.i.l.i.t.y 60 wc To Start: Talk to the mysterious old man in draynor and he will tell you that something is wrong in tutorial island. He wants you to investigate this and offers to teleport you there. He tells you that his friend the prayer instructor can fill you in on more. When you teleport you will land in the chapel. Talk to the prayer instructor and he will give you the basic situation as described above: Zamorak has sent his servant who have taken over. He tells you that various people on the island need your help- these are the other instructors. He then tells you that Zamorak has sent a servant here to oversee the takeover and you must kill him to rid the island of evil, to do this you will need a special ancient sword. To make the sword ready for battle you must complete the tasks for the other instructors. Report back to the prayer instructor each time you complete a task. First however you must get the ancient sword: The entrance to this cave where the sword is, is by the ice warriors in northwestern wildy just before the members fence. Inside the small dungeon is a shrine with the sword set in stone. To access the shrine however you will need to place a mind , chaos, death, and blood rune on the doorway in front ( I know not too original). You then enter as two lvl 100 golem statues on either side come to life and attack you, prayer is not allowed here. Defeat them and pull the sword from the stone to obtain a damaged sword (75 str needed to do this). The room starts shaking as rocks fall and you will begin taking 5 damage every 10 seconds until you leave The prayer instructor than needs you to get the sword fixed. Enter the mining/smithing instructor- He tells you he will help you but first you must replace his anvil as it was destroyed when zammy̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s creatures took over. Get ten steel bars and bring them to him and he will make a new anvil for himself. Now that you helped him he will help you. He tells you the blade of the sword is good enough and just needs to be run on a whetstone, do this. Then he tells you the hilt must be fixed. You will need to use the sword on an anvil with 2 mithril bars, 1 gold bar, 2 cut diamonds and rubies( 70 smithing needed). You will now have an ancient sword. The prayer instructor now tells you it must be enchanted and the only person left alive who knows the enchantment is the̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâædumdumdda Magic instructor. The magic instructor requires 20 earth water fire cosmic and air runes for this enchantment. After a short cutscene of him enchanting it the magic instructor shows his true colors by blasting you against the wall and teleporting away with the sword.(he is possessed by zamoraks servant to deliver him the only weapon which could stop him.) You must now set out on his trail. Exploring the island after this cutscene you will stumble upon the cooking and fishing/wc instructors lying on the ground together, apparently attacked by the magic instructor as well and poisoned. The cook is severely poisoned and unable to speak but the wc/fish tells you what happened and that he and the cook need a potion to heal them. He manages to give you the recipe before collapsing. You must go to his secret grove of tree on the island- he gives you the location- and cut the roots from a tree there. (60 wc needed) a lvl 150 tree spirit will attack, next use a oily fly fishing rod (from heros quest) on his fishing spot on the island. Catch a rainbow fish, use a knife to cut off its scales and grind this up. Now all you need is a cup of summer sq̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢irk juice from the sorcerers garden minigame ( lvl 60 theiving to get I believe). Mix the ground scales, roots in sq̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢irk juice and heat it on a stove. Then give it to the 2 instructors. They will get better and give you the direction the mage instructor went in. They tell you the mage went into the dungeon where smithin instructor is supposed to be. Go down there and by the furnace you will be confronted by lvl 146 Vannaka the combat instructor, he too has become possessed and you must fight him. When he is at half hp (100/200) there will be a cutscene where he will run inside the cage with the rats. Follow him to there and he will have changed to range gear. He will begin ranging you from inside the cage. The cage is locked it needs 70 theiving to crack while you are under attack. Alternatively you can range/mage him back. When he becomes redbarred dialogue will appear where Vannaka says he has come back to his senses and thanks you for breaking the spell over him by ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¦Ã¢â¬Åinflicting him with pain̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâà [omg] who cares if its nerfed or fixed.... you people will argue over the color of a green apple if it was a topic on this fourm god. Thanks for the joke please Anyway, I think that people might not be inclined to go back to tutorial island, however some people might like it and find it interesting. Thanks 4 teh joke pl0x Anyway, I think that people might not be inclined to go back to tutorial island, however sum people might liek it and find it interesting. But, it might confuse new people seeing lvl 100+ on teh island. While it might confuse the new people I quite definitly think this would be a good quest although i would put a lvl limit on the 20k xp lamp.lvl 50+ maybe.I would also make the requirements lower but the monsters tougher.The lvl 126s could have barrows armor or maybe 3rd age armor thats better than dragon and i think it comes in all three styles.As for zamoraks servant i think he would do better as the demon that died in the golem.And vannaka could summon slayer monsters during the fight with him but they would be infernal mages. It was totally my own plot and idea. Tutorial island as explained above would be identical to the one you started off in rs however it would be like a parallel universe so you would never run into other people who are just starting out. It would also appear gloomy and dark like scaperune looks. minimum lvl on the lamp is good idea, i remember the lamps from rfd had a min lvl The 126s wearing barrows wouldnt really work as barrrows is unique to the minigame and i donth think it should be worn by any npc other than the brothers. I forgot about the 3rd age however im leaning to no only because the corrupted heros aren't really from the 3rd age. What demon are you talking about with the golem?
