Are you talking about the random's lvl?

 

 

 

If so, I don't think there is a formula, it just depends on your cb lvl. For example, since I around cb 90 i've been getting lvl 159s, but before that from like i think 70 to 90 i was getting 120s.

Back to your question, All t.he things you mentioned are r.andom (wth, they even changed that...) events, which means they occur randomly :P.

 

 

 

Usually I get a random after being idle f.or a while.
