I just got a lvl 3 clue scroll a few days ago, coordinate clue. Didn't have the watch sextant and chart cause i got pked clueing a few months ago. I got replacement charts and watches from brother Omad and the observatory professor, then went to Murphy at Port Khazard for the sextant. The talk options were

These all led to more talk about the fishing trawler, but nothing about a sextant. There's no chance of me getting 11 construction levels to make my own sextant, so help is appreciated...

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Edit: When I went to Murphy, I only had in my inventory the clue, the watch and the scroll.

I know. I specifically went back to the observatory to ask about the sextant, he only talked about how to figure out coordinates. Went back to Murphy, same result.

have you tried al the talk options on murphy? (stupid question, of course you have, otherwise this is a reminder :P )

yeah i tried all of the options and each led to more information about the fishing trawler minigame.
