Your exit portal is the same portal you enter through... When you start construction you already have it.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Or are you talking about portals you can teleport through?

I'm talking about the ones I can make with 10 iron bars.

Exit portals already come with your house I believe. (They are the ones you build with 10 iron bars)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If I'm wrong, or you tore your's down you can rebuild it in a garden or formal garden.

Oh alright looks like I have to make another garden to make one.
