i dont know how, do you have to use micromedia flash or summit?

people here use image-ready or graphicsgale i think. the animated sigs are in .gif format

The Gimp has a built in animation tool but its only got basic animations, anything complex you'll have to do manually.....

what... with like micromedia flash or somthing? :?

I use macromedia flash but sometimes it screws up BIG TIME on the publishing part
