Umm, ya I was just wondering if there is a specific way of finding bob like anymore detail in it would be good, Because i've been searching forever and I still can't find him, My amulet it's eyes are blinking and it's mouth is moving up and down and it's been like that the whole time, any suggestions would be good, and i've read the quest guide for this

Head towards the direction which your amulet is blinking and take careful notice of extra yellow dots which was normally never there on your minimap. That yellow dot could be bob.
