Question about computer fans.

I was wonder what might be the normal speeds of a computer fan, because my computer is telling me that they are running at 3000 and 4000 rpm. however I will say the temps are: 46, 32, 23 (celcious). I am using speedfan 4.32 and I was wondering is this normal? Is speed fan bsing me? or do I have a problem?

Those fan speeds are perfectly normal. Fan speeds usually depends on how big the fan is (how big it is the slower it spins).

 

 

 

If those are idle temps they are decent, although the 46c temp for idle is not good. You would really want to measure them at full load, like after you run a game.
