April 9, 200719 yr I am currently 67 agility (70 with help lol) so I can do the Taverly short cut. Is Taverly the fast way to get hides for combat xp and crafing? I wear fighter torso, rune legs, glory, quest cape, ring of wealth, rune boots, anti-dragon shield, neitznot helm, bunch of monkfish in pack and Games necklace. I had to bring runes so I could cast spell at dragons when/if ranger is trying to get all the kills. I would use Full Guthan's if I had the spear. Barrows Drops: Guthan's platelegs and War Spear, Dharok's plate body and Great Axe, Verac's Flail, Verac's Helm x 2, Ahrim's top, Dharok's plate legs Dragon Drops: Medium Helm x 4, Shield Left Half, plate legs x 2, skirt x 2.

April 9, 200719 yr Well one would hope you wouldent, since you cant use the anti fire sheild with a 2 handed weapon... But the best way to kill them, is with range, maybe if you want to use your crystal bow? or just msb with some iron arrows.
April 10, 200719 yr I'm currently working on my Range by killing Blues in Taverly with my Crystal Bow. I think this is the fastest way to get hides other than buying them. Some people like to use the Hero Dungeon, but there is only one Blue and it is almost always crowded on every world. I know that it is a pain, but go ahead and get 70 Agility. Also, there are a lot of Blue killers that are only there for the Bones or for Slayer and they leave the Hides on the ground. I think that the ogre enclave is by far the best spot to range blue dragons. Use a dueling ring to bank at castle wars and just walk back.
April 10, 200719 yr If you are using Taverly, use the lowest possible world. I find that most people use the low worlds to trade and the dungeon is not as busy (not always)...
