It has a special attack only useable under water which doubles the chance of hitting, and adds a quarter of the damage dealt to your Strength, Attack and Defence. There's information on it from the Knowledge base: Quest Related Weapons And for some reason the Tip.It Database has it as a drop from Fremenik Skeletons, though the Base says brine rats. EDIT: They fixed it.
