Seriously, the feather method is garbage, you'll be spending HOURS, buying up a small amount, then go to sell, and be competing with autoers selling for lower prices, driving your merching time to near-worthless. Get a skill, run an item, something, you make money by how much money you spend. Merching revolves around how much you can spend on something, then turn to sell it for more. 50k is likely, after all that gonna yield pathetic returns. A man who doesn't read, is no smarter than a man who can't read.
