I think they are atleast worth giving it a try, as they do have a lot of rune drops like fire giants do. also dagganoths are really good for exp, but you will not make your money back unless you get really luck with rannar seed drops. Barrows drops: ahrims staff (2), karils coif, karils xbow, torags plate body, veracs helm.
