Today I was at Castlewars, when I noticed someone following me. I asked what he wanted and then noticed he was an npc. It was really odd! I'm wondering, is this a new random? [PLEASE NOTE: this is not some stupid made-up story, so I took pics.] Here's one quick picture.

its from the dt quest

 

if u have a diamond on u he comes randomly and dds specs u

 

but if they leave he follows a random person for a while

 

 

 

happened to me to (he wont attack u)

If you have a diamond in your inventory a level 95 Stranger may appear randomly and attack you with a ddp(++).

 

Not new, not a random event. It's part of Desert Treasure.
