Alright here's two simple ones I through together. Trying to get a feel for things before I go devoting a day or two to a project.

 

 

 

First up is a simple grey to blue gradient with a couple techy looking things stamped on it. No text added yet

Next up is grey to red gradient with a lil kanji symbol and I threw in a fractual on background just to see how it would work and look with the gradient.

especially in the first, i mean more blu-ish, less saturated and a bit darker, the current one looks more like a grey-ish version of baby blue :P

i guess your right. most of my color palettes are to mellow. I need to find some new ones. there all the ones i use for my photography stuff.

the only thin i dont realy like is the text, try finding a font on the internet, and not using the pre-sets
