I'm curious how long it'd take to get to say 80ish combat. Currently 47 combat. 41 atk. 40 str. 35 def. I have a rune skimmy. addy platebody. and nothing else worth mentioning. thanks for any input.

oh and what lvl will it take to stop getting caught often by the farmer?

I'm new to being a thief. I'm currently 17 thieving. Is there any quick way to lvl up. I've tried the cake stall but can't seem to find a good spot and get caught almost every time. So i've been pickpocketing a farmer which is working well. Any other way at this lvl or tips for the lvls to come?

like i said. I belive his world links are outdated though. it's easy enough to fix. just go about the process he discribes and update the notepad with the new and improved one.

We access Runescape through a browser so maybe Internet Explorer is illegal. But we need windows to run that........ OMG WINDOWS IS ILLEGAL. WHAT ARE WE GONNA DO! The world switchers are pushing it but your own little html file is fine as far as anyone is concerned.

Is there anything monsters that drop nature runes semi often that a lvl 46 could kill?

Whats a monster that a lvl 40 with crap eqip can kill that drops alot of fire runes often? I've been hunting a monster that drops fires every 2-5 kills and drops them 42 at a time. anyone got anything better? need lots.

I'm gonna get both i guess. gonna start with a skimmy though since i wanna train and lvl up.

wow Goodbore. I'm impressed by your sheer knowlege and ability to covey it clearly. I have heard most of those things over the years but never all at once. So I guess a skimmy is the way to go for now. Since I will be training for a long while. I'll get a long as soon as I can afford one. At the moment I can only afford to buy 1 weapon. The speed difference between the two is almost non-existant isn't it? No big difference in speed till you switch over to two hander something else isn't it? I've been leaning towards a Longsword anways. Now i've just got to find one. How much are they nowadays. If anyone else has any opinions comments or ideas please post them as well.

So I just made it to 40 atk. and I can now get the oh so wonderful rune. But i'm not sure what to get. I've always used longswords in the past(long time ago) but I see and hear about SOOO many people useing skimmys. So whats better to use? Rune Longsword or Rune Skimmy? Not that it should matter too much but i'm a member, and I intend to be a warrior type guy. I HATE range and the only thing i'm using magic for after 43(i think) is superheat and highalch.

I guess that makes sense. It'd be on the wish list. I'd be happy with just the basic revamp that was originaly suggested. but hey. heres hopeing.

what sort of "emergency" might happen in a bank? Angry bankers? But I agree with the ect. thing. or something similer for any items that don't fit into a certain catagory.

After only 1 year that's actully pretty damn good. I like the smithing the most. Such a pain to get that skill up. I'll give you a 8. Very good. But theres always room for improvement right?

So how do you make the pixel siggys? I've never really messed with that. Just renders and photo editing in CS2. If there is a guide out there i didn't see can someone point me in the right direction?

i guess your right. most of my color palettes are to mellow. I need to find some new ones. there all the ones i use for my photography stuff.

Alright here's two simple ones I through together. Trying to get a feel for things before I go devoting a day or two to a project. First up is a simple grey to blue gradient with a couple techy looking things stamped on it. No text added yet Next up is grey to red gradient with a lil kanji symbol and I threw in a fractual on background just to see how it would work and look with the gradient. Alright. so let me know what you think.

I know how to use photoshop. I just need practice at different things. Only thing i've used it for is photo touchups and editing.
