looks ok, the horns look funny coming out of the sides though :? usally if ur going to ram someone with your head they should be pointing towards the target

The.. er, "upper chest definition"(manboobs! *shot*) was unnecesary, but besides that, try to soften up the edges a little bit. I don't know what else, since Photoshop isn't the best for pixel art and it's all I got.

He seems a little out of proportion around his neck and shoulder, he needs some lines there. Other than that, it's great!
