I'm taking a break from my archer and I've started a Rune Pure named Steel Hybrid. So far I've got him 42 attack, 40 defense, 59 strength. I'm going to train strength up to 85, and I need some good P2P and F2P spots to train, with someone using a Rune Scimitar. I want this too be an F2P Pker, but I'm training in P2P, so no high attack advice please.

stronghold of security is ideal for any level... i'd say its one of the best f2p training spots ever... with your def you wouldn't need to bank quick and easy nonexpensive exp... i've trained my 88 pure there never banked once and i have my new pure 40 att 1 def 59 str there right now... almost 60 str and he rarely banks trouts fine... hes on goblins though you could move back to 40's 50s? zombies or something but yeah best f2p ever and for p2p spiders are ideal max hits 4 and rock crabs yes there you go 2-3 ideal training locations

I used this spot for a while, Fleshcrawlers have a high herb and Fire Rune drop. I also reccomend White Knights in the Falador Castle

i hope you've done dragon slayer and the important rune pure member's quests that give def exp otherwise start over as they'll push you over lvl 45. =/
