LATEST NEWS:

I was 59 combat, 83 range, 74 hp. I've decided to change the direction of this pure. Range training is slow, and I've never been fond of it, so I'm done training it for a while, and leaving it at 83. My new direction is, 60 attack and 85 strength. This will significantly raise my combat, but that's fine. I'll probably get 99 strength instead of range, because range is pretty limited. Accidentally got 5 defense, oh well.

1 - Intruduction

I recreated my blog. The last time I made a blog it was filthy and unorganized. This is my new blog. You can find screen shots of my kills, level ups and bank pictures here. I will also post what I do every day to keep everyone up to date with how my goals are coming along and the work I'm doing to keep them progressing. I eventually would like to become one of the best ranger/melee hybrids in Runescape. P2P I will be a ranger, using the G-Maul special as a finisher, and P2P, I will be a ranger/scimmer with r2h as finisher. Currently at level 58, and I will hopefully reach 67+ with 2 defense, 50 attack, 90+ range and 85+ strength.

February 27th, 2007:

I've never pest controlled until today, and I like it. I went from 79-81 range in about 4 hours! I then went pking, and got three kills. G Maul, DDS, Obcidian Cape, Rune Scim, 2 Mage Bow/Black Chaps/Vambs.

February 28th, 2007:

As for training, I didn't get a whole lot done. 40k roughly on range gained. I did go pking, two P2P trips, and got one kill, including a DDS, Dragon Scimitar and Glory Amulet(1), but unfortunately the picture I captured doesn't show the DDS and Glory... Oh well, hopefully I get more done tommorow, was wrapped up in RL stuff.

March 29th, 2007:

I took a break for almost a month. I am back to training, and have leveled attack from 42-48, strength from 64-70 and Range from 81-50k off 82.

I'll be back to posting kills and level ups again. The break was for personal life issues, but I'm back. I am currently training at the rock crabs on waterbirth island. 20k until 70 strength. .. 12k from 70 strength now. 70 Strength Obtained at Rock Crabs. 20k from 50 Attack. 50 Attack completed at thugs. March 30th, 2007:

Slow start on the day. I am sort of in the middle of beating FF7 on my computer, using my new USB Controller. But, I won't let that slow me down too much. I've been at the rock crabs for about an hour now, and have gained about 40,000 experiance. I'm 30k off level 71 strength, and I will get that tonight. After 71 strength I will either go back to my Final Fantasy game, or I will train 50k+ exp on range or strength, before heading off into dreamland. Didn't get 71 strength.

April 1st, 2007:

Never completed my strength level. Woke up and I was 30k off 71. I'm now 10k from it. I'm going to get 71 strength and start training range again. 74 just achieved, along with 59 combat.. I just now obtained 71 strength, and I'm experimenting with a new training spot for range. Shooting Ankou's hoping that I can get 85 range and keep myself entertained, and hopefully earn a large amount of deaths and bloods to level up mage with. April 2nd, 2007:

I trained around 60k on range at the Ankou's. I started at about 220k from 83, now I'm 160k off. I'm not at the firegiants, training, hoping to make 83 by tommorow.

April 3rd, 2007:

160k from 83 range still. Haven't got around to training really. Just pked F2P, 1 trip, and got a scim, kill posted. Now I'm out to go do some P2P Pking, and I'll post my kills. PK SETUP. ---- 26 PRAYER. I decided to level prayer up. 82 + 10% = 90 + Range Pot + 101 Range / Max Hit: 21 --- 62 Combat. - Stat Picture (62 Combat)

Well, I'm still 62 combat. Been owning hardcore sense I got the prayer. He's a picture of my F2P PK Partner. Acid024 Also got 72 str at rock crabs, just now... Updated kill pictures.

Pk Trips /w Acid024 (F2P): Download : This was just a video I compacted of 4 F2P Pk trips with my friend Acid024. We only came out with 1 Rune Scimitar though sadly, but it's got some cool clips of me owning :P.

Kill Hybrid Vs Shintos (P2P): Download! : This was supposed to be a 1v1, because he pile jumped me earlier, but he had his friend come along. I hit some 20's with Mage Short, but I end up dieing because of bad specs and not being able to KO either one of them.

Died, was in middle of trying to pile a 54 in full rune, then some ****head 67 runs up and kills me in 1 hit.

Oooo, nice :) What arrows do you use in PestControl? and what did you train range on from 1-50?

My training routine:

1-10 I trained chickens.

10-40 I trained on Goblins in the Stronghold of Security, first room.

40-50 I trained on guards in Edgeville

50-75 I trained on mostly firegiants

75-79 I did bank trips of blue hides and fire giants. Mostly fire giantsr

79-81 I did Pest Control, using Bronze Arrows (3-6gp at arrow shops)

DDS, D Scim, Glory kill today. Went on two trips, returned with nothing on one. Pictured in P2P Kills section, feb28th

Are you a range + 2h KO hybrid? Or did you switch from strength pure to range pure sometime along the way.....

You've already pk'ed more on that account than I have in 3 years of playing :XD:.

I started as a range pure, and pked mostly F2P at the beginning. I believe I was 70 range, 20 attack and 22 strength. I noticed I couldn't pk very well F2P without using a r2h, so I raised strength to 67. Then started getting kills on p2p with range alone.

But I'm going to continue leveling both, so I can be the best in both worlds.

those are crazy stats for ur lvl .. wow..

I would get ur mage up a little as well. teleblock is important

Hey man awesome pure :) If you have MSN add [email protected] cause I am going to be making a P2P Pure, so far it is 40 attack 66 str 1 prayer / def. So in about 3 weeks or so I will be a member and I am getting itto 50 attack 70+str 31 prayer. :oops:

So add me ingame, Tadertot is my rune miner and add I-kymera-I my other staker.

March 29th, 70 strength, 50 attack obtained.

Did a quick round pking trip. Fought a 63, 5 levels above me, quick kill. Full load of shark, protected D Scim.

Prolly more pk rewards then i have ever had!

Thanks. I'm sure I'll get mage, but it will be in quite a while. I'm struggling on main to level in magic right now, and he's still in 80's.

2 months I'll be 80+ strength, 87+ range.

30k til 71 strength.

59 Combat/74 HP Achieved. 8k from 71 strength, then I'm going to be nonstop range training until 84 range.
