Then i cried, said 'no' and talked to Uri and he said: I don't believe we have any business, comrade! What did i do wrong, or shall i say something more or wtf? Plz help me, i leveled 30 lvls in ranging to do this clue.... /Dunder

In this case, simply do the "No" emote, than talk to him, he should then give you your next clue.
