A friend on mine got infected with this MalwareAlarm program from a Runescape ad. Another friend suggested this procedure on How To Remove Malwarealarm (removal Instructions) to get rid of it if you do get it.

I wouldn't bet your account on it. Jagex's Rule 12 - Real World Item Trading doesn't seem to distinguish between buying or selling. Also it is against tip.it forum rules to advocate buying or selling RS Gold.
