If I was him first thing I'd say looking at the competition is get rid of the cartoon level graphics if you hope to gain any market share.

Most email programs have a "show header information" feature that will tell you who the real sender is. That would be useful in tracking down who the culprit is.

I've gotten hooked on a MMORPG called Knight Online http://www.knightonlineworld.com. Haven't logged into Runescape much in the last few months. Monster hunting, questing and pkilling are the only skills. No farming runecrafting or that kind of stuff. I moved this to Tech and Computers. You should get better help here. My unprofessional opinion. Runescape is a very CPU intensive game. If you have a lot of other programs running at the same time it could cause lag. As D_V_Devnull said you may need to install Java if it is a new computer. Are you saying you are running it on multiple computers and all are slow?

Hmmm. We have a router and my son can log in from one computer and I from another. I'm pretty sure that their IP Address will be the same to tip.it. See Albosky's replies. He's the expert on these sort of thingys. Are you talking about tip.it or some other site you are having problems with? A reminder to all. Excessive quoting is considered spamming and against forum rules.

You should also know that some level 3 clues require you to enter the Kharazi Jungle. Which you must have at least started the Legends Quest to get there.

Wonder why they don't want you playing games while at school. There has been a rash of these topics here. I'd support this but don't think it's possible with Java. My new 20" wide screen LCD monitor wants to be in at least 1280x960 resolution not 800x600. Most other MMORPGs have a full screen or windowed mode but they don't use Java as the programming language. You may be stuck with Runescape's current mode.

I don't think that's true because you have to almost all the other quests just to start this one. and Vampire Slayer gives 4825 Attack experience. Witch's Potion - 325 Magic experience. Imp catcher - 875 Magic experience. The lowest I've seen was like a level 15 or 19 pure mage going in to meet Elvarg. Here's a pure F2P mage I created just to do this quest for fun.
