You can obtain the cannon ball mold from Nudolin on the Ice Mountain (between Falador and Barbarian Village) and the ores might take you a while depending on your mining level

the ores will probably take a long time if you're under 60 mining, and getting to at least 85 smithing is going to take an uber-long time(not that im saying you shouldn't do it, it just sounds a little far-fetched-depending on your smithing level)
