This is music and movies after all. It's only logical that people promote their own music here. I don't see the difference in making a topic about metallica (thus promoting metallica) and making a topic about your own music (promoting yourself). If someone wants to discuss their own music and share it with the forum, then I think its ok to post it here. The 'Bubsa sings' topic was fine, this one should be as well.
