I have lvl 46 mage. I need to get it to 75. How much is that going to cost if i'm just going to use combat spells all the time, and how much will it cost if i just tele and alch?

Which meathod is better. combat spells to level hitpoints, or alchs and teles?

Which is cheeper too.

Ok, you need about 1,143,000 in exp to reach your goal.

How much is that going to cost if i'm just going to use combat spells all the time,

Do you consider Curse to be a combat spell?

It does not give any damage or earn you HP exp.

...and how much will it cost if i just tele and alch?

Well, that depends on several things:

-- are P2P of F2P?

-- what is your runecrafting level?

-- do you have over 20,000 things that are worth hi-alching?

Which method is better. combat spells to level hitpoints, or alchs and teles?

It depends on what you mean by "better"

Do you mean fastest?, or cheapest?, or uses fewest other items?, or uses only runes you rune craft?, etc

Which is cheaper too.

Here are a few things to consider:

-- teleporting gives good exp and does not require other things.

But Law runes can be expensive and/or slow to get. Camelot teleport is popular.

-- Hi-alching is more cost effective than tele, but, you need thousands

of things that are worth hi-alching.

Hi-alching steel plate is popular.

-- Failed Cursing costs about 1 gp for every 1 magic exp earned.

That's a very good cost ratio for leveling.

Failed cursing (-68 magic attack) in the Varrock sewers is popular.

Hope this helps

Oh me, i'm p2p, better i mean overall efectiveness, if its not as fast but more worthwile IE hitpoints, then its good, but if something is superfast, and is cheeper then thats also good. I'll soon will have 5 mill, thats my budget.
