3. press ctrl + u make sure colorize is on and make it

 

 

 

hue 182

 

 

 

satration 25

 

 

 

lightness 0 click ok

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4. Filter render lensflare put on 5 like so

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

dont worry about the black in my pic

 

 

 

it wont be like that in yours !!!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

5. filter->sketch->chrome detail 4

 

 

 

smoothness 10

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

6. ctrl + u hue 187

 

 

 

satration 25

 

 

 

lightness 0

 

 

 

7 slap on some text any you are done this is what i got

Hmm, I don't really like the result..

 

 

 

It looks like some chrome effect...

like i said its my first tut

next, duplicate the layer

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

go to filter--distort--twirl. Use it on default settings.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

set blend mode to lighten.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

thats just a few things you can do, customize it a lot to get the look you want and say what you did.
