So, I've gotten to the last part of the Grand Tree quest and I can't get up the tree in Glough's house. Do I need lvl 25 agility for this. If so, where can I get ahold of an agility pot?

Yes you need 25 agility to get up.

 

Agility pots can be bought from other player for a few k's...

 

Although I reccommend getting your agility up to 25 as it doesn't take long.
