It's obviously possible with those stats but:

 

 

 

V helm for the Mitre?

 

Ranger boots for snakeskin?

 

Karil's top for dragonhide?

 

Archer ring for Recoil?

 

 

 

And maybe:

 

 

 

80 range?

 

Higher Defence?

 

 

 

The levels arent too important, but you've got the basics right and it's a strong setup.

i would get those things but cant afford them unfortunately.

wear a god cloak, for prayer bonus, use initiate legs, and wear an initiate helm. trust me, the last thing you want is to run out of prayer at end, any range bonus greater than 110 is fine, don't worry about every last point. prayer is more important imo.
