Go out of the gate from Lletya, go directly west past the wolves a few steps and you'll find a trip wire. Step over the trip wire, go a little North and West and you'll find a path through the woods. Go through the woods, the a little North-West of the on the mini map is a clearing. That's where Ilfeen appears and will recharge bows/shields.
