May 15, 200719 yr I personally use 2 counters for chosing the isp: price and stability. I don't want to pay any more than needed, but I also don't want to pay for a connection that is down all the time. If I was now about to change my isp, I'd ask people who live near (same city or near it) how their cons have worked and after that compare prices to see which one suits me best. May 15, 200719 yr Make sure you look at all the small print. Don't end up getting raped by an unreasonable acceptable use policy. If they advertise it as unlimited in any respect, chances are it is specified in the AUP that it ISN'T unlimited.
