What can i do with it ?

You need two halves... teeth and loop.

 

 

 

When you have both, you can join them together to create the Crystal Key. This key can then be used on the chest in Taverly. It unlocks the chest giving you one dragonstone and some other random stuff.

 

 

 

You can save as many as you like and they are tradable. So you can sell it off or buy the missing half.

How much is a half key worth ?

Around 20-30k.

 

Also, everything that drops gems also drops half keys and dragon shield halves.
