i always click deny the access and it shows it again and again. how to make the pop up stop?

A quick google search would have told you this is spyware.

 

 

 

You need to run a virus scan with Norton and run spyware scans with Adaware and Spybot S&D. Do all 3 of these in safe mode (hold F8 before windows starts and pick a safe mode option) to prevent the spyware from starting itself. Doing this should remove it from your system and stop the alerts from Norton.
