i dont have photo shop so i cant really do anything outside the boundries of ms paint as far as sig making goes so could somone please improve on this almost signature

i still want the render and text, so could someone help me make the bg a little less empty with some effects and maybe improve on the border, please let me know if this isnt specific enough
