i know it is at Fishing Trawler Pier. but what do i have to do to get the nent clue? please help me....

Do the panic emote on the docks where the Fishing Trawler minigame is. Have ABSOLUTELY nothing equipped on you.

Panic emote, on the pier, nothing equiped at all, and if you get a double agent, have your armour and weapon in your inv, switch to it when he appears, and once you're done, take EVERYTHING off again otherwise the dude won't speak to you
