for the most parft, you will profit from bronze and iron, probably from steel but im not 100% sure

 

 

 

most of the preofit from anokus come from blood runes, but those are member only (are you member or free play?) other wise, I think trhere is not a huge profit margin, but pick up coin drops

ok, then you will profit as long as you pick up blood runes and do clue scrolls

 

 

 

also, do animal magnatism quest if you can and use the acculater so u dont spend so much time picking up drops
