These are places you can go to kill monsters: Without taking ANY damage.

 

 

 

Varrock Sewers: Go Northwest from the Varrock Center fountain till you hit a Red ! on your minimap.

 

If you did Demon Slayer, go down the corrider that you went down to get the key. For those who didn't, go north from the Varrock sewer ladder, its the corrider on the left.

 

Go down it till you reach water. On the other side are Zombies, helpless to your range and magic attacks.
