I cant get pass the rocks....i have climbing boots, but it keeps telling me that I need a good reason to pass.

You must have started troll stronghold quest and spoke to the smith in the town that you will save his son in the stronghold, afterwards you should be able to pass

Strangely with WotLK so near, I wished I could delay it a bit to push through that last TBC content in MH/BT :'(.
