you don't have much time to see the name.... it crinkles or whatever before you can clearly read it.

The flame appears flat. It's a good effort, but to improve it you should try working on multiple layers and try using different transparencies for each layer to bring more depth and property to the flame. At present it looks like one smudged layer. Also don't be afraid to add a bit of white here and there. All in all its a good effort, keep practicing.

yea what Forth said + I think you shouldn't do much a text animation where your text dissappears, usualy in a simple sig the text itself is one of the most important objects. Instead make you text less pixely more along the same scheme as your sig.
